About this Course Price

Sometimes the use of oral disqualification techniques is not sufficient to deal with conflicts or to prevent escalation. Security officers and Crowd Controller can be exposed to these situations and must be able to apply effective physical control techniques. It is not necessary to have martial arts or martial arts to work safely in the security industry. This course covers a variety of simple but effective techniques that can be applied by anyone, regardless of their size and strength.

While many security officers and auditors have experience in answering and managing conflict situations, the Fair Trade Bureau has established that security providers who have a licensing function of the Crowd Controller and / or the Lifeguard must re-evaluate their control and enforcement activities every 3 years , This course is designed to improve the skills of conflict resolution, control, and compulsion of participants, and meet the requirements to renew a Queensland Security Provider license.
