CPPSEC3002A - Manage Conflict Through Negotiation

This unit is part of the units required to be refreshed once every three years to hold Crowd Controller License in QLD.


This unit of competency specifies the outcomes required to use effective communication techniques to manage a conflict situation.  It requires the ability to assess security risk situations, accurately receive, interpret and relay information, adapt communication styles and techniques to varying social and cultural environments, and evaluate responses.


Delivery Method & Time:

Face to Face : Student will be required to attend a one day training session to demonstrate competency in the unit through theoritical questions and practical demonstrations.


Online Delivery (Blended Learning): Students can enrol now and complete the theoritical aspects through online questions and attend practical session to demonstrate competency in practical aspects of the course.
